Hello and welcome!

I'm a Manual Therapist (RMT) and powerful Energy Healing Practitioner with a passion and a purpose.

My passion: to discover the true nature of healing.

My purpose: to help you awaken your innate power to heal yourself!

I'd like to help you unravel what's going on in your body physically, while acknowledging the emotional, mental, and spiritual components too.

ENERGETIC MANUAL THERAPY

Think Massage Therapy, but with a twist!

This style of treatment incorporates techniques learned in my 5 years of osteopathic manual therapy training, RMT training, as well as energetic and intuitive techniques.

Your session will include a full intake of your health history, an assessment, and treatment, and will be geared towards uncovering the root cause of any pain or problems you may be experiencing.

Techniques used may include soft tissue release, craniosacral therapy, joint mobilizations, visceral work (organs), fluidic work, fascial release, relaxation and mindfulness techniques, nervous system balancing, energetic balancing, and home care exercises.

All techniques remain within the scope of Registered Massage Therapy and will be billed as Registered Massage Therapy for insurance purposes.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT AND TREATMENT (90 MINUTES): $165

ENERGETIC MANUAL THERAPY (75 MINUTES): $145

GOOD FOR: Exploring emotional/energetic connections to any physical issue you may be experiencing, such as headaches, back problems, pelvic dysfunction, TMJ issues, digestive issues, or any acute or chronic pain/problem.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Your initial visit (90 minutes) will begin with a thorough intake discussing your health history. Following that, you will receive an assessment, followed by your first treatment. The intake/assessment usually takes 30-45 minutes, leaving approximately 45-60 minutes for your treatment.

Each subsequent visit may include a re-assessment (if indicated), and a full treatment. Please note you will remain fully clothed for the duration of your session. It is best to wear loose, comfortable clothing or athletic wear for ease of mobility.

After your treatment, it is normal to feel some soreness, and sometimes an aggravation of symptoms. They should resolve after 24-48 hours. Even more likely, you will feel relaxed, aligned, and balanced!

ENERGY HEALING SESSION

Modern medicine tends to disregard our multidimensional nature.

The fact is, we are not only physical beings, but also emotional, mental, energetic, spiritual, and more — and all of these levels are interconnected.

In this type of session, we will embark on a journey of exploration of these different levels of your being, guided by your Higher Self and Holy Mother/Father, and seek to clear/balance any blockages, discord, or inorganic energies present in your field.

To facilitate this, I may use a combination of gentle touch, prayer, sound/toning, working with light, energetic field/chakra clearing, soul retrieval, cord-cutting, clearing entities/attachments, and aura fortification and empowerment techniques.
I am also an intuitive, so I often will channel messages of higher guidance and wisdom from your Higher Self and Holy Mother/Father.

Energy healing can help bring your being into a higher state of cohesion, harmony, and balance, while revealing hidden insights that may help you to heal.

DEEP ENERGY HEALING - INTENSIVE (2 HOURS): $250

GOOD FOR: Stress, anxiety, feeling blocked or stuck or lacking direction, relaxation, enhancing mind/body connection, awakening insight, improving sleep, nervous system balancing, pain relief, and feeling more grounded, centered, and calm.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Each Energy Healing session will include an intake discussing your health history and current concerns. Then, once we have discussed intentions for your session, you will lie down on the treatment table. You will be fully clothed throughout the session (please wear anything you feel comfortable in.) Your session will begin with a short guided meditation/body relaxation, and setting of the energetic space through prayer. Then, the energy work will begin, guided completely by Holy Mother and Father, and your Higher Self. Once the work is complete, we will ground and seal your energy field, and close out the session.

After your treatment, you can expect to feel calm and deeply relaxed. We will then have some time to discuss what came up during your session. It is best to ensure you hydrate after your treatment to help your body process the energies that may have been released. In rare instances, it is possible to feel detox symptoms after your treatment such as headaches or nausea, or intensified emotions. These should resolve on their own after 24-48 hours, and should they occur, I can offer some tools to help them resolve quickly.

DISTANCE ENERGY HEALING SESSION

A Distance Energy Healing Session can help to awaken hidden insights, bringing to light connections between the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels, all from the comfort of your home!

Performed remotely, energy healing can help relieve pain, relieve stress, and clear your energy field of blockages and outside influences, helping you to feel balanced, grounded, centred, and empowered.

In your Distance Energy Healing Session, I use a variety of vibrational healing techniques tailored just for you and may include: working with light, prayer, sound/toning, energetic field/chakra clearing, cord-cutting, and aura fortification and empowerment techniques.
I am also an intuitive, so I will often channel messages of higher guidance and wisdom that are just for you.
Sessions are completed by phone or through email.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Each Distance Energy Healing session will include an intake discussing your health history and current concerns, either over the phone or through email. Then, once we have discussed intentions for the session, you will sit or lie down somewhere comfortable, and begin to relax, meditate, or sleep. I will scan your energy field and begin the treatment. All you will need to do during your session is just be!

After your session, you can expect to feel calm and deeply relaxed. If your session is conducted through email, a written report will be sent to you at the end of your appointment time. If your session is conducted over the phone, I will share the insights I am receiving with you as I go.
